Three different things, one word
Under-eye bags are not a diagnosis but a description of how something looks
Behind the word sits either fluid retention, or fat pads pushing forward, or a shadow created by the structure of your face. Cosmetology works well with the first and the third, and not at all with the second: herniated fat is removed only by a surgeon. So the first step is not a procedure but an examination.
What to expect
Working out the cause
The doctor looks at the area at rest and in movement, assesses puffiness, skin condition and anatomy
If the picture is a surgical one, they will say so and will not offer you a procedure
Skin quality
Skin around the eyes is thinner than anywhere else and loses density first
Biorevitalisation here works on resource rather than volume: hydration, density, tone — and those decide how visible shadows and creases are
Maintenance
Results in this area build up and need keeping
Your doctor will say how often to come back and what depends not on procedures but on sleep, salt and habits
Your doctor will tell you what fits at your consultation
Indications
For anyone tired of hearing “you look tired” after a full night's sleep, and for anyone who wants to understand what is actually going on around their eyes before doing anything about it.
Sound familiar? Let’s talk it through in person
Your doctor will examine your skin, tell you honestly whether this method is right for you, and put together a plan. A consultation commits you to nothing
Indications are not yet a protocol
Your doctor tailors the area, number of sessions and settings to your skin. Three questions and we’ll name your protocol, price included
The essentials, answered
Can injections remove under-eye bags?
It depends what you have. If it is puffiness and loss of skin density, working on skin quality helps: the area looks fresher and shadows and creases become less pronounced. If it is herniated fat pads, then no — injections do not remove them and you need a surgeon. The two can be told apart at an examination; they cannot be told apart from a photograph.
Why are they there in the morning and gone by lunchtime?
That is how fluid behaves: overnight, lying down, it redistributes, and upright it gradually drains. If that is your pattern, it points to puffiness rather than herniation. It is still worth seeing a doctor: sleep, salt, alcohol, kidney and thyroid function all affect fluid, and some causes lie outside cosmetology.
Do patches and creams help?
They give a short cosmetic effect through hydration and cooling — for an hour or two the area really does look better. They do not change skin density or the cause of the puffiness. As daily care that is fine; as a solution it is not.
Does work around the eyes hurt?
The area is sensitive, so a topical anaesthetic is always applied and the doctor uses fine needles. Small bruises are possible here — the skin is thin and vessels sit close; they fade within a few days. Your doctor will warn you in advance if you have an event coming up.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually a course of 2–4 sessions, 2–4 weeks apart, with a cumulative result. The exact number depends on the starting condition of your skin and is decided at the examination — we will not prescribe a course sight unseen.

What cosmetology will not do
If fat pads are pushing forward under your eyes, those are hernias, and only a plastic surgeon removes them. No injection, device or cream will, and the doctor will tell you so at the examination rather than after a course of treatments. We would rather lose a booking than lose your trust.
Not sure which one you have?
Cause first, procedure second
The eye area is the easiest place to do harm and the easiest place to over-promise
We work the other way round: an examination and an honest answer about what can and cannot be done, and only then a protocol.
