02 How paid services are provided
The rules for providing paid medical services were approved by Russian Government Decree No. 659 of 30 May 2026 and apply from 1 September 2026.
01 How the contract is signed
- The contract is signed in writing before treatment begins. You keep your copy.
- Before you sign, the doctor explains the methods, risks, possible complications and expected results; the administrator explains prices, timing and payment.
- Alongside the contract you sign an informed voluntary consent to the intervention and a consent to personal data processing.
- The contract can also be signed remotely through the clinic website, with identity confirmed via Gosuslugi. You can withdraw the same way you signed.
- A course of treatment comes with an estimate — fixed or approximate. Either side may require one.
02 Prices and payment
- Prices are set by the price list approved by the clinic director. All prices are in roubles.
- We accept cash and cards; you receive a receipt after payment.
- Medical services are VAT-exempt under the Russian Tax Code.
- Anything not covered by the contract is only provided after your separate consent.
03 Tax deduction
- On request we issue the documents for a Russian social tax deduction: a copy of the contract and its annexes, the payment certificate in the Federal Tax Service form, and, where needed, an extract from your medical records about prescribed medication.
04 Withdrawal and refunds
- You may withdraw at any point, paying only the costs the clinic has actually incurred.
- Submit a written application addressed to the clinic director, or use the same channel you signed through.
- Money is returned within 10 business days of the application being accepted, by the same method you paid.
05 Free care and emergencies
- The clinic is private and does not take part in the state guarantee programme. The same care is available free of charge at state medical organisations under a compulsory medical insurance policy.
- Declining paid services carries no consequences for you.
- In conditions requiring emergency care, help is given immediately and free of charge.
06 If something goes wrong
- We accept complaints at the clinic, by email and by phone, and answer within 10 business days.
- Claims about the quality of services are handled under Chapter III of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act.
- If our answer does not satisfy you, you may turn to the supervisory authorities listed below.

You have the right to
- respectful and humane treatment by the clinic team
